MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Tom started the company with the belief that having a company retirement plan should be a rewarding benefit for business owners and their employees. Our mission is to help employers with smart plan design by aligning and maximizing workplace and employee retirement plan goals.
With over 18 years of industry experience Tom has worked with over 2,000 companies to make sponsoring a company retirement plan easier; he has helped them establish or restructure their business retirement plan to ensure it meets the specific benefit goals of the company. Tom and the team he is building at Premier Plan Consultants know the rules and regulations can be tricky, so they focus on keeping it simple and making sure all clients have a positive customer service experience.
When Tom is offline, he resides in Carlsbad, CA with his wife Cassandra and his kids Carlie and Caden. He enjoys surfing, golfing and spending time watching Carlie’s gymnastics competitions and Caden’s Hockey games.
